EXEC sp_MSforeachtable @command1=”ALTER TABLE ? NOCHECK CONSTRAINT ALL”
GO

UPDATE/DELETE – DO SOMETHING….
GO
EXEC sp_MSforeachtable @command1=”ALTER TABLE ? CHECK CONSTRAINT ALL”
GO
